Dear Valued Patient,
I am writing to let you know that I will be closing my medical practice, effective September 1, 2025. After that date, I will no longer be available to provide ongoing care or to renew prescriptions. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. Caring for you and my other patients has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional life, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me over the years.
To ensure the continuity of your care, I encourage you to establish a relationship with another Rheumatologist as soon as possible. Below are several providers in the area.

Beginning September 1, 2025, all medical records from my practice will be transferred to Desert River Solutions, who will serve as the official custodian of records. If you would like a copy of your records or need them transferred to a new provider, please begin the request process after that date. There is a charge for this service. If you need your records before September 1st, please contact our office.
