PRESCRIPTION REFILL POLICY
 
Please call our office during regular business hours when requesting a prescription refill.  The phones are available from 8:30a.m. - 12:00p.m. and 1:30p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.  Fridays from 8:30a.m. -  12:00p.m. You may also request refills via the patient portal  Prescriptions will be called into the pharmacy within 2 business days.  Please check with your pharmacy prior to picking up your prescription to make sure it is available.   If for some reason we are unable to renew your prescription you will be notified within 24 hours.  PRESCRIPTIONS WILL NOT BE RENEWED OVER WEEKENDS OR AFTER REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.

NO SHOW POLICY
 
Our schedules are very full and many patients are waiting for appointments. If you are unable to make an appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice, so we may give that time slot to another patient.   All appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be billed a charge of $55.00 for new patients and $25.00 for follow up appointments.
